Oct 03, Bekah the Awesome rated it it was amazing. There was plenty of ground to cover in the story without adding another love interest that made no sense. To my mind, Ms. Three years is a long time to wait for any book, and I at least expected the book to be awesome. I won’t give details on it because giving spoilers is a big no no in my book pun intended on the book part. But Isis always knows how to escalate a situation: Isis’ dreams are haunted by a human-like shadowy creature in the depths of her place of tranquil, a poppy field which leaves her so terrified that she is unable to get back to sleep again.
The description over Isis’s torment in the beginning was so vivid and emotional I really felt for her and the whole thing with her nightmares was compelling. To view it, click here. I knew there was a reason I was so desperate to read it. I wasn’t entirely sure how to feel about that concept; it felt like such a hit or miss. I get a Greek Mythology vibe from this book. This isn’t the fastest paced novel, although it does move along steadily.
The end literally left my mouth hanging open and had me immediately wanting to know when I could get the next book, and how long will I have to wait. Everything – from the characters, the writing, the mythology, to the romance – was everything I could have wanted in a book. Y’all, Nely Cab may have made us wait billion ish years for Marker of Hope, but she made the wait worth it. I gave th What caught my attention about this book was the bad reviews vs. So bby happened that I truly enjoyed. Throughout the book, secrets are revealed, alliances are being made, fights are being fought and love is present everywhere, even in the hardest creatua.

Your lips tasted like sweet ripened berries. Thi This is the cqb book in the Creatura series and book 1 Creatura needs to be read first. I must say that this book was by far my favorite out of the series.
The plot improves from there – a creation story, ancient Gods, star-crossed lovers, jealous ex-boyfriends, etc. It wasn’t, but I’ll get around to that later. I am a little disappointed that there were none of David’s poems in this story, but I suppose that there was too much going on for any. Other books in the series.
